The shopping mall, which has been constructed over 210,000 square metres of which 80,000 are to be rented out, is located in the southern part of Bucharest, the Mediafax news agency reported today.
The completion of the project, in which 200 million euro have been invested, has been postponed several times since the initially set date for its opening in 2008, the media reported.

According to earlier statements by the two companies’ representatives, 90 per cent of the stores in the complex have already been rented out.
