Astronomy Photographs Displayed in Macedonia

26 November 2008 | The first exhibition of astronomy photographs opens today in Skopje’s Cultural-Information Centre.

The event was organised by the Centre and the Macedonian Ministry of Culture on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Skopje Astronomy Club and within the scope of the activities for the International Year of Astronomy (2009).

The exhibition contains photographs of planets, comets, meteors, galaxies, taken by Club members of the Astronomy Club and others Macedonia and the Balkans.
