Looks like Brock Lesnar has left the building.
Multiple reports indicate that Lesnar has pulled out of WWE Smackdown following the news that Vince McMahon is Retirement from the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
After reaching out to The Post, a WWE spokesperson declined to comment on the reports.
In response to Alvarez, Saraya-Jade Bevis, who posed in WWE as Paige and recently left the company, chirp“If that’s true, Michael Cole would do well to bring it up when commenting saying he’s given up on the WWE Universe.”
This was a reference to the time of Sasha Banks and Naomi He had creative differences with WWE and they walked out – And so it was addressed through television broadcasts.
McMahon retired from WWE after 40 years running the company, after the board of directors was investigating $12 million in “silence money” payments to four different ex-employees with whom he had sexual relations.
For Lesnar, the surrealism of WWE means you can’t rule out this being a story. Or it could be Lesnar, a notorious hawkish negotiator, feeling an opportunity in which he has leverage. Lesnar is set to wrestle Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, the company’s second biggest event of the year after WrestleMania, next weekend.
