Aston Martin has announced it is pressing ahead with its electrification journey after reaching an agreement to develop high-performance electric car batteries with cell technology company Britishvolt.

Aston Martin and Britishvolt have formalized the partnership in a Memorandum of Understanding, a press release issued by the luxury car manufacturers.
